Painful Urination?
14 year old boy crying with pain while urinating comes to us seeking advice. The first and foremost point for us is the age, where a person is hyperactive, has no time to take care of enough water consumption and has no time to remember to empty his stomach. This seems normal in many other ages as well.
Suppressing the natural urge of urination has caused painful urination, early morning stomach ache and vomiting. Symptoms indicate urinary stone. A simple treatment for seven days saved this child of all the trouble that he was going through. In fact, in first two dosage of medicine, patient felt completely normal. AG2 Syrup twice a day made the urinary stone move from the path and melt as fast as an ice melting in hot water.
This was an acute symptom that could be very well cured by our AG2 syrup. For free consultation on your symptoms and treatment, please feel free to write to us….
Walnut is a great choice!!
Our consumption of walnuts is very limited, as we believe that this nut is too energetic and rich in fats. It is not true!!!
Walnut provides healthy essential fatty acids and is also rich in vitamins and minerals that help us to stay healthy. The list of nutrients provided by walnuts includes potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, zinc, copper, vitamin B9, B6, E and A. Walnuts also contribute substantial amounts of dietary fiber due to which it is also useful in case of constipation. Hence it is a necessity for pregnant women.
The main interest of walnuts is their content in fatty acids. They are high in poly and monounsaturated fats. They are also called Essential Fatty Acids. They are involved in the manufacture of certain hormones, part of the cell’s membrane and they regulate the cholesterol.
5 walnuts (28 g) supply our daily needs in those acids. Isn’t it great choice as dietary supplement!!! Please feel free to write back to me for more comments…

Avoid Hyerptension as much as possible, as every spike of high blood pressure slowly, silently and steadily damages major organs such as heart, brain, kidney, lungs and liver. It is in your best interest to be light and happy all the time to avoid high blood pressure. Good luck, folks…
Gooseberry – Emblica your friend
Euroasian Gooseberry is also called as Emblica officinalis or Amalaki in Ayurveda. It is a fruit of a tree cultivated in Winter months and is useful for all throughout the season. You can store this fruit in any mode you like, such as juice, extract, dry pieces or dry powder, pickle or a jam. In any form, it gives 100 % nutrition. As per nutritional facts, it contains maximum amount of Vitamin C, but it is also an excellent source of Vitamin A and B12. This is the only fruit, which does not loose Vitamin C, even if you cut it, boil it or crush it. Isn’t it great!!!
This fruit has rejuvenation qualities for body and mind both. That’s the reason, it is the main ingredient in Chyavanprash, which is one of the best nutritional supplement to be taken in the morning and night time to help you remain healthy and active. This preparation or even just the regular usage of gooseberry consumption (in any form) keeps your digestive system, urinary system, respiratory system and blood circulation at its best. It improves skin tone, hair texture and strength and brightness of the eyes too. It is a magic, isn’t it!
So my dear readers, make it your friend and see the change in your lifestyle…. Cheers….
Diabetes? Live with confidence
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder seen commonly in societies with luxurious but stressful lifestyle.
Common causes:
- Sedentary lifestyle with lesser physical exercise and more mental stress
- Irregular and unhealthy dietary habits
- Heriditary / genetic
Modes of treatment:
- Exercise – 45 minutes walk twice a day after meal
- Diet – avoid sugary, high calorie and fatty food intake
- Medicines – some very simple ones …
a). Juice of gooseberry fruit, bitter gourd and neem leaves daily before tea / coffee or anything in the morning
b). “Chandraprabha vati” 2 tabs twice daily before meal.
And you are fine. You will most likely not have to take any insulin ever and you can also protect your kidneys and eyes for a long long time without getting any side effects of insulin tabs or injections.
Many Yoga asans are suggested in Diabetes type 2, such as Kapalbhanti Pranayam, Bhujangasan and Ardha Vakrasan. Regularly practicing these asans (specially in the morning time – empty stomach) increase metabolism and increase release of natural insulin from pancreas so well that you will never feel the need of insulin.
