Gas, Heartburn, Bloating and Belching

Producing gas in the stomach is a natural process. But passing gas is certainly an embarrassing situation. Bacterias in stomach produce gas and in normal conditions, other bacteria in the stomach are supposed to absorb it.  As per Ayurveda, in every meal time, one should fill the stomach with one third water, one third food and one third must be kept empty for gas movements. This keeps one active with good digestion of food.

However, due to constant stress in our lives, delayed timings of meals, stress, late nights etc., it has become very common symptom for most of the working class people to have the complain of heartburn and gas. Before taking any other medications, it is indeed better solution to correct the dietary habits. But if not possible, Sootshekhar Rasatabs are the best medications to avoid acidity, indigestion, heart burn. In some conditions, where constipation is also a cause to create gastric disturbances, Avipattikar Churna has been an excellent medication giving good results.
