Myopia can be treated
Yes, using spects and contact lens has been a common thing and has not bothered many of us for years. However, in recent times, we have found many side effects of using contact lenses and troubles that we take to use spects has been always there. Using contact lens and spectacle is expensive as well as inconvenient.
Triphala churna (powder) one tsp soaked in normal water overnight and drained in the morning has to used to wash eyes thoroughly for 1-2 minutes in the morning right after brushing can give real good strenght to rods and cons in the eyeball and helps gain normal size. Thus improving eye sight slowly and steadily.
