- Drink lots of fluids, including water, shakes, green mango spice drink, elaichi tea, buttermilk, etc.
- Eat juicy fruits such as lychee, watermelon, plums, grapes, mango etc.
- Consume light lunches with less spicy taste.
- Practice light Yoga which incurs less heat in the body, such as more of sitting yogas, forward bending, backward bending etc.
- Relax and enjoy swimming and water activities more than gymnastic activities…
