Water for life

Water is the foundation of life. Every living thing needs water to function—and humans
are no exception. As you know, we need at least eight glasses of water everyday to remain healthy, in summer time, we can add variety of healthy drinks to meet this eight glasses water requirement.  Some of the delicious drinks which can be used for cooling in summer are Minted Buttermilk, Minted Lemon Juice, Minted Green Mango drink, etc. Making sure enough water intake keeps you away from sun stroke and lethargy.
