Pain and stiffness in joints? Arthritis

Sever pain and stiffness in the joints such as knee joint, ankle joint, wrist joint, shoulder joint or in the palms is a symptom, which leads us to Arthritis. Recurrent and consistent pain must be diagnosed immediately for ruling out Arthritis. Pain with inflammation can mean Rheumatoid Arthritis.

If you have this symptom for a long time, you must act on it right away. Let us discuss the causes first:

- Lack of Calcium, Vitamin D and E in the diet
- Viral infection not treated well
- Hereditary / genetic

Symptoms:

- Pain in the joints specially in the early morning, evening and night times
- Stiffness
- Swelling in the painful area
- redness in the painful area

Treatment:

There are many laser treatment, energy treatment, yoga treatment and physio treatments are available, which are quite effective. We however, strongly recommend three modes:

- Diet control : avoid sour things, such as yogurt, tamarind, green mango fruit or extract and fermented food. Also avoid late evening meal. Meal must contain lot of fiber, good protein and calcium contents.
- Yoga asans : Start with Sookshma Yoga in the morning with Pranayams and slowly start with Surya Namaskar. Practice Surya Namaskar for 12 times everyday.
- Medicines : AG 14 Tabs three times a day with luke warm water and AG23 Syrup mixed in this water. That’s it!!!

Quote

"Health can be maintained and disease can be prevented. Though technology is advancing, people are still falling sick. Health care costs keep on increasing, and there is no way to reduce that unless you introduce prevention. The best prevention is through Ayurveda, because it is a very comprehensive system, since it is based on natural medicine, which is devoid of toxicity."
- Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Hon’ble former President of India spoke about Ayurveda.
